1) Terms of Service and rules are subject to change without notice. By being a registered member you agree to all terms of service and all rules.

2) By being a registered member you agree to follow all game rules or suffer the punishment.

3) All actions within your account fall under your accountability.

4) All donator packs are exactly that, donations these are non-refundable, if you get a donator pack and then go to fed jail or get banned for a violation of the rules. You will NOT be refunded.

5) Extreme International Gaming Online holds no accountability for mail content, forum content, username content, or any other user controled content.

6) SPAMING Chat Services, Forums, Search Engines, E-Mail, or any other form of unwanted spamming of your referal link will NOT be tolerated. Attacking or threatening to attack the Extreme International Gaming Online server will also NOT be tolerated. Those users caught spamming etc doing so will be reported to the FCC for a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Those caught attempting or threatening to attack the Extreme International Gaming Online server is a violation of 18 U.S.C. 1030. Fraud and Related Activity in Connection with Computers and will be reported to the DOJ and FCC.

7) If applying for staff, you may be required to submit personal information such as Full Name, Address, Phone Number, or other personal information. This information is kept private and only used in extreme cases where it is needed for legal action.

8) Game items, donator packs, donator items, and everything else inside the game is subject to change without notice for the better of the game as a whole.

By being a registered member you agree to ALL terms of service and ALL game rules. You also agree that Extreme International Gaming Online can terminate your services at anytime for any reason we see fit without warning and without refund of donations (Extreme circumstances only and as a last resort!). If at anytime you decide to disagree with the terms outlined you must cease the use of your user account with immediate effect.
